Why are we here?
“I was constantly being confronted with situations where people needed legal help, but they were not able to pay for an attorney to handle their matter from start to finish. I wanted to provide a way for ordinary people to get the legal help that they need at a price that is within their reach. By offering flat fees for uncontested matters and unique hourly arrangements for contested matters, I was able to accomplish that.”
Who are we?
We are a boutique law firm that only handles probate and real estate matters for our clients. Because of that, we are uniquely positioned to provide a high level of service and individual attention. We provide legal services to people all over Georgia and the United States.
We provide a number of ways to work with us including flat fees, contingency and hybrid contingency fees as well as traditional hourly services. Each case is different and we customize our fees to your situation. We want be able to help you and all you need to do is contact us and allow us to give you a free consultation to inform you of your options.
Sometimes all that is needed is a knowledgeable friend to guide you through the legal situation that you find yourself in. We are that friend.
Mr. Vaughan has been an attorney in Georgia since 1990. He graduated from Emory University with his Bachelor of Arts and got his law degree (Juris Doctor Degree) from the University of Georgia School of Law. He is a member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia and practices primarily in the areas of Probate and Estate Administration, Will Contests, and Real Estate, and is based out of Gainesville, Georgia.
